Job Description
Are you a Clinical Nurse Manager who is looking to work for an exceptional Nursing Care Home in the Dublin area
Do you have outstanding knowledge of Dementia
Are you able to Promote a sense of belonging in a warm and caring family environment
If your looking progression with a caring team then this is the job role for you.
- Manager and take responsibility of the department and make sure everything is running efficiently.
- Ensure that all nursing care is done correct for each patient by the Nursing staff.
- Make sure all practice and standards are kept.
Requirements
- A registered General Nurse or Psychiatric Nurse on the Register of Nurses held by Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland or be entitled to be so registered.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.
- Minimum of 2 year post graduate experience with experience of working at a Senior Staff Nurse / CNM level

- Management Course (Optional)
- Post Graduate Diploma in Gerontology
- Management qualifications
- Gerontology experience
- Experience in Psycho Geriatric Nursing Care/Psychiatry/Adult Disabled.
- Have an indepth knowledge of the ageing process.
- IT Skills
- Currently Living in Ireland
