Manage customer contacts for Shark Ninja via phone and email to ensure optimal customer service including tasks like controlling managing and confirming website orders supporting purchases made on external platforms order tracking troubleshooting and providing stepbystep technical assistance for all Shark Ninja products.
Ensure all customer transactions comply with Shark Ninjas quality standards.
Diagnose issues using established guidelines define causes and apply product warranties when possible.
Address and advise on customer inquiries and requests efficiently.
Manage incidents effectively focusing on customer satisfaction and loyalty to prevent formal complaints.
Ensure accurate recording of all transactions for proper customer information handling.
Adhere to all professional ethics norms and stay updated on Shark Ninja communications
Requirements:
Advanced Dutch level (min C2).
Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1).
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
Proactive.
Solutionoriented and flexible to find ways to facilitate solutions.

Permanent contract
39hour/week contract: 1810.79/month / gross
30hour/week contract: 1392.91/month / gross
12 annual payments
Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (38 hours) 1 hour for lunch
Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (30 hours)
