We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team for highend automotive clients. This role requires nativelevel proficiency in Portuguese and advanced proficiency in English. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality in all interactions.
Responsibilities:
- Main point of contact for customers (coordination with markets retailers (including concierge roles) internal stakeholders for all customer.
- Serve as a liaison with external suppliers to address and resolve premium customer requests.
- Solve customers requests by always offering exquisite treatment.
- Manage incidents efficiently guiding the management always to customer satisfaction and loyalty to avoid formal customer complaints.
Requirements:
- Native Portuguese level (min C2).
- Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1).
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proactive.
- Solutionoriented and flexible to find ways to facilitate solutions.
Offer:
- Permanent contract.
- 39hour work week.
- Availability required between 8 AM and 8 PM Monday to Friday.
- Supplementary bonus of 400 gross per month for being available outside of working hours.
- Salary of 22100 gross/year
- Paid training for 3 weeks
