Responsibilities:
- Engage with a large number of potential clients daily via phone calls.
- Understand and address customer needs and objectives.
- Take responsibility for increasing client spending driving upsells and ensuring longterm client retention.
Requirements:
- Nativelevel Dutch proficiency (C2) is required.
- High proficiency in English (C1).
- Ideally: BA/BS degree or equivalent (MA/MSc in Marketing Digital Marketing or Communications is a plus) or 12 years of experience in sales or online advertising.
