Job Title: Junior Desktop Support Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Compensation: 2.4 to 3.2 LPA
Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Working Conditions: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daytoday technical support to office employees for desktop systems hardware software and peripherals.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops laptops and printers.
- Assist in setting up user accounts installing and configuring systems.
- Maintain network connectivity troubleshoot networkrelated issues and escalate unresolved issues to senior teams.
- Perform regular system updates software patches and preventive maintenance to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system security performance and user experience.
- Document technical procedures and resolutions for future reference and user guidance.
- Assist in training users on new software and hardware implementations as required.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in desktop support IT helpdesk or a similar role.
Skills Required:
- Technical Certifications: CCNA MCSE Linux Administration (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of desktop and laptop hardware Windows OS and Linux.
- Experience in troubleshooting network issues including LAN/WAN and IP configurations.
- Proficiency in resolving issues related to software installations printers and peripheral devices.
- Good communication skills to interact with nontechnical users.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to resolve complex technical problems.
