Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Software Engineer I (Leasing) to join our team. As a Software I (Leasing) Engineer you are responsible for working to bring the power of welldesigned SaaS services to our Leasing products. We work collaboratively to develop easytouse and inviting solutions for potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable robust and simple webbased solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance.
- Formulate implement and evaluate algorithms and database queries to support SaaS scalability and stability.
- Use testdriven development code reviews and continuous integration to deliver highquality software and rapidly fix bugs as they come up.
- Work closely with and incorporate feedback from other engineering team members QA and product owners.
- Leverage agile practices in startup mode encourage collaboration prioritization and urgency to develop at a rapid pace.
Requirements
- You love learning about new technologies but understand the value of simplicity and priority.
- You care about the longterm maintainability of the codebase and will learn to advocate for refactoring and cleanups where appropriate.
- You care about worklife balance and want your company to care about it too; youll put in the extra hour when needed but wont let it become a habit.
- Creativity ability to solve complex problems without a roadmap.
Must have:
- BS MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- Handson experience developing webbased applications preferably in a SaaS environment.
- 1 years of experience working on APIs databases and other web and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience working across all levels of the development stack.
- Strong familiarity with Agile software development processes: Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong familiarity with TestDrivenDevelopment.
Nice to Have:
- AI/ML experience
- Experience working across all levels of the development stack.
- Experience with some areas of our tech like Ruby on Rails React Redux AWS SOA.
- Familiarity with Agile software development processes: Scrum or Kanban.
