JOB DESCRIPTION FOR AN EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT WITH SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERIENCE:
Responsibilities as an Executive Assistant with Social Media Experience:
Create the digital content for marketing (ad banners ad mockups landing pages) using templates from Canva or other software
Review and discuss final layouts and suggest improvements when necessary with the client
Maintain social media marketing campaigns on a weekly or monthly basis across various platforms with different strategies per brand strategy.
Ensure that the brand message is consistent.
Perform other tasks assigned by the client aligned with the interests and goals of the company.
Plan and organize work activities; recommends improvements in workflow procedures and use of equipment and forms; implement improvements as approved; develop and revise office forms and report formats as required;
Prepare clear accurate and concise reports.
Using the client s CRM for client management and database building.
Understand and carry out oral and written directions.
Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality in maintaining critical and sensitive information records and reports.
Maintain calendar of activities meetings and various events.
Perform adminrelated duties as required.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing tasks as needed.
Provide highlevel administrative support to the owner.
Implement social media strategies defined by the company s Marketing agency to enhance the company s online presence.
Create curate and manage published content (images video written) on various social media platforms in alignment with the brand strategy and guidelines.
Collaborate with the client to align social media content with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications as an Executive Assistant with Social Media Experience:
A minimum of 2 to 5 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant or other similar administrative support experience is strongly preferred.
Has a good eye for highquality design and output.
Experience in managing and creating content for various Social Media Accounts (FB/IG/LinkedIn).
Exceptional communication and written skills.
Has good organizational skills with an ability to think proactively multitask and prioritize daily workload.
Has great attention to detail very concise and good problemsolving skills.
Technologically proficient social media savvy and has knowledge with online calendars and/or cloud systems.
Has ability to learn new things and take charge of projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and other office management tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
