You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCollaboration with the Managing Trustee: Working directly with our Managing Trustee you will contribute to building and growing Inspiria Knowledge Campus. The incumbent will be involved in every meeting and his/her primary responsibility will be for execution & follow up of projects and initiatives discussed
Project Coordination and Followup: Coordinating with departments across the institute to establish and monitor progress on multiple projects utilizing frameworks like Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Ensuring projects are effectively operationalized have clear ownership and following up on project milestones and deliverables.
Reporting and Metrics: Generating monthly reports that encompass key performance metrics and insights.
Stakeholder Relations: Engaging with diverse stakeholders including faculty staff students alumni parents government officials industry representatives and the local community. This involves maintaining relationships seeking input addressing concerns and fostering collaboration to advance the institutes mission.
Strategic Initiatives: Identifying and taking charge of important projects that align with Inspiras key priorities at different stages.
Academic Ecosystem Knowledge: Staying updated on trends and developments in the academic sector keeping the team informed.
Flexible Role: The Executive Assistant role is dynamic and multifaceted. As part of the team you will be expected to take a proactive and adaptable approach to support the Managing Trustee in various key areas of the business.
