Job Description
The Sr. Corporate Planning Specialist will assist the Asst. Corporate Planning Manager in coming up with insights for strategic planning and take the lead in business intelligence and analysis.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research analysis
- Develop and undertake custom research projects assigned by manager covering project acquisition project development and new technology entry initiatives
- Prepare fact sheets intelligence and insights on industry movements projects and other strategic initiatives
- Project Management
- Manage the development of corporate KPI monitoring system
- Supervise department process improvement initiatives
- Operational/Financial Management
- Proactively work with Manager to set up and maintain knowledge base systems
- Work with cross functional teams on project development and acquisition initiatives
- Ensure accuracy of reports released
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- University degree in business economics statistics engineering or relevant course
- 5 years experience in power industry
- 2 years in power project development or corporate planning
- Sound experience in undertaking quantitative analysis
- Sound experience in the development analysis and reporting of corporate KPIs and other general analytical results
- Sound experience in using a variety of data analysis tools
- Experience in preparing and delivering formal presentations for both internal and external clients
- Experience in preparing a range of reports (including project briefs factsheets full reports summary reports)
