Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join our team in Riyad KSA. The Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of our branch in Riyad and ensuring that all processes and procedures are running smoothly. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of managing operations in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daytoday operations of our branch in Riyad including managing staff resources and processes.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Manage budgets and financial resources to ensure profitability and costeffectiveness.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of operations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management preferably in the service industry.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of managing operations in a fastpaced environment.
Knowledge of budgeting and financial management.
Experience in developing and implementing operational strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Must be based in Riyad KSA.
