Lead and manage the daytoday operations of the HR department including recruitment onboarding employee relations performance management and benefits administration.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
Serve as a key advisor to management providing guidance on HR best practices employee engagement and organizational development.
Oversee talent management initiatives including workforce planning succession planning and employee development programs.
Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner.
Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to leadership on employee turnover satisfaction and other key indicators.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management or a related HR leadership role.
Strong knowledge of employment laws regulations and HR best practices.
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficient in HRIS software and other HR management tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
SHRMCP SHRMSCP PHR or SPHR certification.
Experience in change management and organizational development.
Background in managing HR functions within a fastpaced or global organization.
Demonstrated success in fostering diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
