Position: JD Edwards Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced JD Edwards Project Manager to work onsite in Memphis TN. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a proven track record of successfully leading JD Edwards financial implementation projects. The role will involve managing the full project lifecycle from planning and design to implementation and postimplementation support. The Project Manager will work closely with the client and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage JD Edwards implementation projects from initiation to completion ensuring adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards
- Develop and maintain project plans including scope schedule resources and budget
- Identify and manage project risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate and communicate project status updates to stakeholders including clients project team members and senior management
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure action items are tracked and completed
- Collaborate with the client to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure the successful configuration development and testing of the JD Edwards system
- Provide guidance and support to project team members including functional and technical consultants
- Conduct project reviews and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage project change requests and ensure they are properly documented approved and implemented
- Conduct postimplementation reviews to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned for future projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and act as the main point of contact for projectrelated matters
- Stay uptodate with the latest JD Edwards technologies and industry trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management preferably in JD Edwards implementations
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience managing full project lifecycles including planning design implementation and postimplementation support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and project team members
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams and managing project resources
- Knowledge of JD Edwards Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system specifically Finance/Accounting modules
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
