Position: Manager II Consulting
Location: Frisco TX / Kansas City MO / Atlanta GA
Duration: 6 Months
Job Type: Contract

Job Description:
- Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support the application rationalization project.
- Lead change communication efforts including the creation and dissemination of communication materials to stakeholders at all levels.
- Conduct readiness assessments and identify potential resistance to change.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of change management activities with project objectives.
- Develop and implement training programs to support the adoption of new processes and systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management activities and adjust as needed.
