Position: Backend Developer
Location: Minneapolis. MN HYBRID 1 day per week

Position Summary/Job Description:
Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:
Developing Automation Scripts for the Groovy/Spring web applications
Aggressive refactoring
High comfort level with Unix/Linux command line
Object Oriented Programming and Service Oriented Architecture design along with REST

Skills Overview:
What are the top five skills and number of years of experience required to perform this job
Relevant application software development experience in Automation
TestDriven Development
Strong Automation knowledge using Selenium
Understanding with a Message Queuing technology (e.g. Rabbit/IBM/JMS/AMPQ)
Experience in developing/consuming REST Services
What are some preferred/nice to have skills the manager is looking for
1. Strong social and communication skills
2. Team oriented focus
3. Takes initiative self starter. Able to identify work that needs to be done on their own.
