Job Description
Position: Solution Architect
Salary: $150k
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for Enterprise Architecture aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive the organizations public cloud adoption strategy ensuring scalable secure and costeffective cloud solutions across all business units.
- Identify opportunities and Lead & contribute to the implementation of Gen AI adoption hyper automation and platform simplification initiatives leveraging the latest technologies and industry best practices.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for solution architecture considering the organizations current and future business needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including IT engineering and business stakeholders to define and deliver innovative and effective solutions.
- Drive thought leadership for tech lead transformation fostering a culture of continuous innovation and learning.
- Identify and address skill and talent gaps within the team defining strategies for upskilling professional development and attracting top talent.
- Stay updated with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements. Ensure the entire team is staying updated on these developments.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to evaluate and select appropriate technology solutions that align with the organizations objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and security protocols in all architecturerelated activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise architecture with a focus on digital transformation public cloud adoption and solution architecture for complex business problems.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Gen AI adoption hyper automation and platform simplification.
- Proven track record of successfully leading largescale enterprise architecture projects in a Fortune 500 organization.
- Extensive experience with public cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) cloudnative architecture and cloud migration strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving innovation.
- Experience in managing and developing highperforming architecture teams.
- Knowledge of industry standards regulations and security protocols related to enterprise architecture.
- Certifications in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and cloud platforms are highly desirable.
