Job Title: Firmware Development Engineer
Job Description:
JMA is seeking experienced Firmware Development Engineers with expertise in XU67 firmware development. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Yocto and experience working with WG11.
This is a longterm opportunity based in the United States with positions available in Plano TX Syracuse NY and New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain firmware for XU67.
- Utilize Yocto for firmware development and customization.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Work with WG11 standards and protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve firmwarerelated issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in XU67 firmware development.
- Proficiency with Yocto.
- Experience working with WG11.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of additional firmware development tools and languages.
