Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday flexible hours but ideally at least 4 straight hours per day

Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to shape the social media presence and streamline administrative processes for an innovative multimedia company. You ll be at the forefront of establishing the company s online voice crafting engaging content from professionally produced photos and videos. Simultaneously you ll provide vital administrative support ensuring smooth operations as the business scales. This role offers significant growth potential with the possibility to expand into more advanced areas like video editing analytics and paid advertising management as the company evolves.


Responsibilities
  • Create captivating social media posts using highquality photos and videos
  • Develop and maintain an organized content calendar across multiple platforms
  • Foster community engagement by interacting with followers and building the brand s online presence
  • Manage the executive s schedule coordinating meetings and appointments efficiently
  • Perform crucial data entry tasks maintaining accurate and uptodate records
  • Assist with various administrative duties including document preparation and organization
  • Collaborate on project management using Trello ensuring smooth workflow and task completion

Requirements
  • Proven expertise in major social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn)
  • Must have general background in administrative support or virtual assistance
  • Excellent written communication skills in English with a flair for crafting engaging online content
  • Strong selfmotivation and ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment
  • Proficiency in project management tools particularly Trello
  • Passion for multimedia and eagerness to grow with a dynamic forwardthinking company
