Job Summary
The Lead Generation Specialist will play a key role in identifying qualifying and nurturing potential clients for our shipping and logistics services. You will work closely with the sales team to generate new business opportunities and maintain a healthy sales funnel
Job Scope
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels (online research social media databases etc.)
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to determine sales potential.
- Reach out to prospective clients via phone email and social media to introduce InXpress services.
- Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information and activity tracking.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in lead generation sales or telemarketing (experience in logistics or shipping is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
- Excellent research and data analysis abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
