Hybrid Role 3 days Onsite/2 Remote
Hourly Pay XX40.00
Prescreening questions: Please provide candidates responses to the below when submitting.
. Filesystem creation/updation in Linux/Windows OS
. Troubleshoot a network issue in Linux/Windows OS
. User creation filesystem permission setup/updation in Linux/Windows OS
. Custom Shell PowerShell script creation/modification for dynamic needs
. Printing process setup modification and troubleshooting in Linux/Windows OS
. Troubleshooting Linux/Windows issues and providing robust solutions
(46 years experience) Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies researches and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution. May require an associates degree in a related area and related experience and able to show proven capabilities in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts practices and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
