The Admin & Telesales Executive will play a crucial dual role in both driving lead conversions and supporting administrative tasks. This role requires effective communication skills for client engagement and strong organizational capabilities to ensure accurate documentation and compliance. The individual will work closely with both the sales and administrative teams to optimize lead management, client counselling, and visa applications while ensuring seamless operation in supporting educational and migration services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Telesales Responsibilities:
- Lead Conversion: Achieve a lead-to-counseling conversation ratio of 60% and a lead-to documentation conversion rate of 40%.
- Counseling & Client Management: Conduct effective counseling sessions to convert leads into clients and follow up until all required documentation for consultant applications is ready.
- Performance Management: Monitor individual targets and performance metrics to ensure all objectives are met.
- Lead Generation & Partnerships: Locate and establish partnerships with lead-generating companies to enhance the flow of qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Ensure compliance with CRM system usage, maintain accurate client records, and handle personal complaints within the system efficiently.
- Follow-up & Client Engagement: After initial counseling sessions, follow up regularly with clients to ensure the timely submission of documents and completion of the application process
- Sales Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to align telesales strategies with ongoing promotional campaigns and activities.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Assist in preparing reports and presentations on sales performance and lead conversion statistics when required.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Document Preparation: Assist in preparing and organizing necessary documents for student applications, visa processing, and other documentation as required by education consultants and migration agents.
- Student Applications: Prepare and submit student applications to colleges and universities, ensuring compliance with the institution’s requirements and guidelines.
- Client Liaison: Act as a liaison between clients and the internal team, ensuring smooth communication and timely completion of documentation and application processes.
- Visa Applications: Assist clients in preparing visa applications, including gathering necessary documentation for submission to the Department of Home Affairs.
- General Administration: Handle general administrative duties, such as responding to queries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
- Profile Assessment & Counseling: Assess student profiles and provide counseling services regarding course selection and university options, from initial assessment to successful enrollment.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided throughout the application and enrolment process
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in lead conversions and administrative tasks.
- Strong listening and discovery skills to gain a strategic understanding of customer’s needs and challenges
- Can-do attitude: You are a go-getter that doesn’t take no for an answer and gets things done
- Experience selling educational products or services within the Australian education system
- Possess sound knowledge in the Australian education and migration industry
- Ability to apply energy and creativity to meet deadlines
- Demonstrated high-level written and verbal communication including creativity in problem solving and the ability to work well within a team environment.
