Job Description
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH THE INFLUENCER MARKETING INDUSTRY
Job Title: Admin/Project Management Support Specialist
Salary Range: 1.000 1.600 USD/m
Working hours: PST
Type of contract: Independent contractor
Responsibilities (Day to Day tasks)

Assist project managers in planning executing and closing influencer marketing campaigns

Coordinate schedules arrange meetings and manage calendars for project teams

Prepare and distribute project documentation including reports presentations and meeting minutes

Maintain and update project management tools and databases

Liaise with influencers clients and internal teams to facilitate effective communication

Monitor project timelines and budgets flagging potential issues to project managers
-
Assist in the onboarding process for new influencers and clients

Manage administrative tasks such as expense reports travel arrangements and office supplies

Support the development and implementation of project management processes and best practices

Assist in data analysis and reporting on campaign performance and project metrics
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative or project support roles.
- Experience with project management software (e.g. Radius Cloud Coach & Monday.com)
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel Tableau or similar platforms).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Experience in influencer marketing or digital media is a plus.
- Familiarity with AIpowered analytics or campaign tools is advantageous.
