Position : Admin Assistant (ECommerce)
Working Hours : MF with core hours from 10 AM to 1 PM ET (flexible after core hours)
Salary Range : $9501250/month

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented ECommerce Admin Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on managing our ecommerce platforms including Shopify Amazon and TikTok while overseeing logistics and customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Shopify and Amazon along with a willingness to grow into expanded responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- ECommerce Platform Management:
- Manage daily operations on Shopify Amazon and TikTok shop.
- Process shipments including direct orders and those to warehouses.
- Label Creation:
- Create shipping labels via the Shopify app ensuring completion by 11:30 AM ET.
- Customer Service:
- Automate customer service responses to improve efficiency and enhance customer experience.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory across all platforms ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Supply Chain Oversight:
- Manage ordering processes and demand forecasting to optimize stock levels.
- Essential Skills:
- Proven experience with Shopify and Amazon.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good English communication skills.
- Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Shopify logistics extensions is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
