Job Description

Join Our Growing Gaming Company!

We are a rapidly expanding company in the gaming industry recently celebrating a successful product launch in Bangkok. As we continue to grow we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Trainer Leader to help us build our dream team.

Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

  • Lead the Training Team: Oversee and mentor the training team guiding them in the development and delivery of effective training programs.
  • Strategic Development: Align training initiatives with organizational goals ensuring they meet current and future talent needs.

Curriculum Development:

  • Design comprehensive training programs focusing on onboarding employee engagement and HR operations.
  • Create engaging culturally sensitive instructional materials tailored to diverse learners including expatriates.

Training Delivery:

  • Facilitate impactful training sessions in both inperson and virtual settings ensuring effective knowledge transfer and participant engagement.
  • Adapt training methodologies to accommodate various learning styles and international audiences.

Performance Measurement:

  • Analyze training outcomes through data collection and feedback mechanisms.
  • Generate detailed reports and provide datadriven recommendations to enhance program effectiveness.

Instructional Design:

  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team on curriculum development specializing in soft skills training for expatriate employees.
  • Ensure training content aligns with organizational goals and values.

Expatriate Support:

  • Provide guidance and support to expatriate employees throughout the relocation process to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of three years in a training leadership role with a proven ability to lead and develop training teams.
  • Training Expertise: Demonstrated success in delivering engaging training sessions to diverse audiences.
  • Understanding of Adult Learning: Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with learners and stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the IT or financial services industry is preferred.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education or a related field is advantageous.
