Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
Lead the Training Team: Oversee and mentor the training team guiding them in the development and delivery of effective training programs.
Strategic Development: Align training initiatives with organizational goals ensuring they meet current and future talent needs.
Curriculum Development:
Design comprehensive training programs focusing on onboarding employee engagement and HR operations.
Create engaging culturally sensitive instructional materials tailored to diverse learners including expatriates.
Training Delivery:
Facilitate impactful training sessions in both inperson and virtual settings ensuring effective knowledge transfer and participant engagement.
Adapt training methodologies to accommodate various learning styles and international audiences.
Performance Measurement:
Analyze training outcomes through data collection and feedback mechanisms.
Generate detailed reports and provide datadriven recommendations to enhance program effectiveness.
Instructional Design:
Collaborate with the Learning and Development team on curriculum development specializing in soft skills training for expatriate employees.
Ensure training content aligns with organizational goals and values.
Expatriate Support:
Provide guidance and support to expatriate employees throughout the relocation process to ensure a smooth transition.
Requirements:
Leadership Experience: Minimum of three years in a training leadership role with a proven ability to lead and develop training teams.
Training Expertise: Demonstrated success in delivering engaging training sessions to diverse audiences.
Understanding of Adult Learning: Strong grasp of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with learners and stakeholders.
Project Management: Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Industry Experience: Experience in the IT or financial services industry is preferred.
Educational Background: A Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education or a related field is advantageous.
