Our client is a leading platform that provides selling solutions for Brands in SouthEast Asia. They are looking for an experienced candidate to join their firm:
- Identify potential clients on ecommerce platforms with a focus on brands using TikTok Shop to initiate collaborations schedule meetings and establish connections through various channels such as email phone or facetoface interactions.
- Assist in onboarding clients from ecommerce platforms (TikTok Shop Shopee Lazada) into the companys ecosystem.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients understanding their needs to foster revenue growth.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with both local and international clients including those from Southeast Asia Korea and China.
- Proactively engage with and follow up on prospects who have shown interest in the company s offerings.
- Serve as a liaison between partners and internal teams to address and resolve any issues during the partnership.
- Collaborate with the Manager and technical team to design customer service systems and work closely with the operations team to meet the companys business targets.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree in Economics Marketing or a related discipline with strong English communication skills.
- Minimum of 5 years in Sales Business Development or Partnerships particularly in areas such as Marketing Agencies Affiliate Marketing Livestreaming or ecommerce/techfocused companies.
- Strong capabilities in planning market analysis negotiation problemsolving multitasking and communication.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop and livestream shopping trends is a plus.
- A highly responsible driven and resultsoriented individual who is hardworking and energetic.
