Title: Finance operations analyst
Reporting to: VP Operations
Location Remote UK
Salary : R20 R25000.00

Are you detailoriented driven and looking to make a meaningful impact in a fastpaced environment We are searching for a Finance Operations Analyst who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our investment operations.
Responsibilities include Operational Support & Data Management.
In this role youll handle sensitive data with the utmost care and discretion executing criticaltasks that keep our operations running seamlessly. Youll be trusted with key responsibilities
such as:
Payment Reconciliation: Ensure accuracy in payment tracking and reconciliation.
Expense Management: Guarantee that all expenses are correctly reflected in our financial records.
KYC & Member Data: Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and manage key member data.
PostInvestment Administration: Oversee the administration of key tasks following investment decisions.
Your attention to detail will ensure our operations are not only efficient but also trustworthy and compliant.
Requirements:
You are hardworking organised and reliable. You are very good at context switching.
You are analytical and comfortable with numbers. You have very high attention to detail.
You can be trusted with very sensitive information.
You are a discrete person and understand the importance of confidentiality.
You are an excellent communicator: you will work with every team in the organisation.
You are curious and passionate about making things more efficient and automated: you have a growth mindset and look forward to learning new tools to support all the tasks you are trying to achieve.
Other requirements:
Adaptable and willing to roll up your sleeves and work on time consuming and repetitive processes understanding we are an early stage startup
You have an existing passion for or an interest in learning more about the worlds of investment.
