Job Description

Location: Warsaw

Start Date: November 25 2024 or January 13 2025

Contract Type: Fulltime Employment Contract

Work Model: Initially officebased in Warsaw (B&M model) transitioning to hybrid (50% remote) after 36 months

Relocation: Yes relocation package provided

Salary: 9550 PLN gross

Overview: Join the largest Nordic 5star airline as a Customer Service Advisor fluent in

Norwegian. You will play a crucial role in assisting customers with flight reservations inquiries and special service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and chats in Norwegian providing excellent customer service.
  • Advise customers on flights products prices fares rules and online services.
  • Manage reservation changes personal data updates and special service requests (e.g. wheelchair assistance animals).
  • Process ticket cancellations refunds and assist with ticket purchases and payment methods.
  • Support customers experiencing travel difficulties.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Norwegian (C1 level spoken and written).
  • Proficient in English (B2 level).
  • Strong technical skills including MS Office web browsers and general computer proficiency.
  • Positive attitude with a passion for customer and colleague communication.
  • Previous experience in customer service digital service platforms and CRM tools is advantageous.

Training and Development:

  • Fully paid 2month training program with a dedicated training buddy.
  • Training conducted in English (Monday to Friday 8:0016:30) with upskilling opportunities after 3 months.

Work Schedule:

  • Shift work: 5 days a week Monday Friday (07:00 19:00); occasional weekend shifts (Saturday Sunday 09:00 18:00) twice a month.
