We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 8 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TIBCO and will be responsible for overseeing various projects in a hybrid work model. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Oversee the development and execution of project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation. Provide guidance and support to project teams ensuring that all members understand their roles and responsibilities. Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Utilize TIBCO to streamline processes and improve project efficiency. Ensure that all projects are completed on time within scope and within budget. Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders to review progress and address any concerns. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans. Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project management processes and outcomes. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment encouraging team members to share ideas and feedback. Evaluate project outcomes and provide recommendations for future improvements. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in program management with a strong focus on TIBCO. Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills. Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. Show proficiency in project management software and tools. Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
