Responsibilities:

• Design plan and coordinate project teams following PMIs project management framework.
• Develop and track project charters schedules and budgets using appropriate metrics.
• Establish project roles responsibilities methodologies and communication plans.
• Identify risks develop mitigation strategies and manage project scope.
• Build and manage effective teams assigning tasks and evaluating outcomes.
• Communicate project progress and issues to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Provide technical support and direction to project teams resolving barriers and issues.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Expertise in project management methodologies including PMI standards.
• Strong experience in Scrum Master roles and agile project management.
• Advanced experience in managing complex or multiple projects.
• Excellent risk management and problemsolving skills.
• Professional certification in project management or Scrum is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently with significant creativity and latitude.
