We are a startup company in the legal tech field. Currently we are developing and providing a contract review service that combines AI and SaaS as well as a nextgeneration cloud contract management system utilizing AI.
Legal tech is an area where technology is used to streamline legalrelated tasks and processes amid the advancement of DX. While the legal field has been gradually digitized due to the spread of legal tech in recent years areas such as contract review and contract management still have a long way to go in terms of DX. Therefore we are focusing on these areas.
As administrative departments like accounting and human resources utilize cloud services to enhance operational efficiency there is also a growing demand for workstyle reform in the legal and legal professions. We aim to connect technology with law to enhance the value of law and improve the working environment in the legal industry.

Job Description In this position as an engineer specializing in web frontend you will be committed to the continuous growth of the LegalForce product series. Depending on your preferences you may also partially handle backend infrastructure and design tasks.
What missions and challenges will you tackle
- Engage in the development of the web frontend serving as the interface between the product and users and provide solutions to domainspecific challenges with the best UI/UX.
- Continuously make optimal choices for users while staying abreast of evolving best practices.
What tasks will you be involved in
- Enhance existing products such as the AI contract review platform LegalForce or the AI contract management system LegalForce Cabinet or design implement review test and maintain new products/features.
- Improve team productivity and product quality through automation observability enhancements process refinement and documentation writing.
- Provide mentoring and coaching to team members as needed.
Job Fulfillment
- Being involved in various phases from 0 to 1 1 to 10 and 10 to 100 through the development of product lineups and assigned functionalities.
- Pursuing the same goal as a single team consisting of both the business and engineering sides allowing for equal discussions and development.
- Introducing innovative and socially impactful products in the LegalTech field capable of transforming Japans legal industry.
- Having a high level of discretion in a rapidly growing company gaining experience in advanced decisionmaking while balancing business growth technological investment and debt relief.

- Practical experience in web frontend development using some web frontend framework/library and TypeScript or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge required for building web frontend applications in HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Three or more years of practical experience in web system development or equivalent.
- Experience in team development using Git and platforms like GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- Meets all the desired attributes.
- Language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N1 (Foreign engineers should have a good understanding of Japanese and smooth communication skills.)
