Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Backoffice Technical Support Advisor to join our team in Szczecin. In this role you will provide technical assistance and support to our customers ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently. If you have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills in German and English we want to hear from you!
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers and provide effective solutions.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products and services.
- Work collaboratively with the technical team to address complex queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
- Participate in continuous learning to stay updated on products and technologies.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (various shifts)
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
- Basic technical awareness; ability to describe concepts such as VPN and IP address.
- Strong problemsolving skills and a customeroriented mindset.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
