About You

We seek a parttime Clinic Manager who shares our passion for holistic healing and patientcentered care. You are a highly organized and efficient individual with exceptional leadership and communication skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere for patients and staff. You are driven to uphold our high standards of care and contribute to the growth and success of our center.

You will be reporting directly to our Medical Director Dr. Tom Yarema and manage medical staff and front desk receptionists. Our office is in Soquel CA and you will be required to work onsite.

Top 5 Objectives

1. Ensure Operational Efficiency: Oversee the daily operations of the clinic ensuring adherence to procedures smooth workflows optimal staff utilization and efficient resource management.

2. Enhance Patient Experience: Create a welcoming and supportive environment for patients ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. Monitor and improve the satisfaction of our patients before and after their treatment.

3. Optimize Staff Performance: Lead mentor and motivate the clinic staff fostering a collaborative and highperforming team.

4. Maintain Financial Health: Manage the clinics budget effectively ensuring financial stability and maximizing revenue generation.

5. Promote Growth and Development: Contribute to the centers growth by implementing strategies to attract new patients and expand service offerings.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Clinic Manager or in a similar healthcare management role dentist or plastic surgery office is ideal.

• Education: Bachelors degree in healthcare administration business administration or a related field is preferred.

• Skills: Strong leadership communication organizational and problemsolving skills.

• Knowledge: Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical billing practices.

• Passion: A genuine commitment to holistic health and patient wellbeing.
