You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service through various channels including inbound calls live chat email and social media. The Customer Care department serves as the primary touchpoint for customers seeking assistance.
Requirements:
Fluency in German (C1 written and spoken)
Proficiency in English (B2 written and spoken)
Outstanding communication skills
An interest in sports
Experience in a customer service environment is a plus but not mandatory
Proficient typing and computer skills (familiarity with MS Office applications)
Strong organizational decisionmaking and analytical abilities
A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude
High school diploma or equivalent
