Are you passionate about shaping the future of young minds We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Early Learning Teacher to join our team and make a lasting impact on childrens lives. If you hold a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field and have experience working in a classroom setting we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement engaging lesson plans that inspire curiosity and foster a love for learning.
- Manage classroom dynamics and maintain a positive nurturing environment for children.
- Collaborate with parents and staff to support each childs individual growth and development.
- Monitor and document childrens progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and our centers standards for highquality early education.
Qualifications:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (required).
- At least 12 years of classroom teaching experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual childrens needs.
