Job Description

Our client offers innovative approach to SME financing leveraging technology to provide accessible and convenient solutions for businesses.

Theyre growing their Business Development team to drive the business growth and capture new opportunities in the SME market

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the companys overall lending business objectives and targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition and identify new market opportunities and potential risks for expansion in the lending sector.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with large organizations SMEs and other relevant stakeholders to expand the lending businesss reach and enhance product offerings.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.
  • Evaluate and onboard new lending products and services to diversify the lending business portfolio.
  • Recruit lead and develop a highperforming business development team to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Set clear performance objectives provide regular feedback and support team members in their professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work culture that encourages creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Create & document frameworks processes and tools to help manage the teams performance ultimately building an organized knowledge repository to better serve our partners & merchants and ensuring continuous knowledge transfers.

Experiences We Look For

  • 10 15 years of experience in business development strategic partnerships or sales management.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue through BD and partnerships (SMEs and B2B Accounts).
  • Minimum 3 5 years of highperforming team management experience.
  • Great negotiation stakeholder management and influencing skills in dealing with senior executives across business types and sizes.
  • Honed ability to take a datadriven approach in analyzing endtoend sales cycle & partnerships performance to inform recommendations in growing topline and bottomline numbers.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
