Video Content Analyst (Content Moderation) Dutch Speakers
Location: Lisbon Portugal (Santos)

Join our team as a DutchSpeaking Video Content Analyst ensuring that content on a leading streaming platform complies with local regulations and internal policies. Your work will focus on reviewing and moderating advertisements to create a safer and more appropriate online environment.
Role Overview
As a Video Content Analyst your responsibilities will include:
- Moderating and reviewing advertisements on the streaming platform ensuring they meet platform guidelines.
- Removing inappropriate content and ensuring compliance with local laws.
- Evaluating ads to ensure they target the correct audience (e.g. removing ads for sugary drinks aimed at children under 12 years old).
Mandatory Skills:
- Dutch native or fluent (C2 level).
- No prior experience required (up to 12 months of content moderation experience is a plus).
- Availability for 24/7 rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines meticulously.
Location:
- Onsite in Lisbon Portugal (Santos ).
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday between 7 AM and 11 PM.
Salary & Benefits Package
Annual Base Salary:
- 14000 EUR gross per year.
Additional Bonuses:
- Language Premium Bonus: 2100EUR per year.
- Meal Allowance: 7.63EUR net per workday paid via a meal card (approximately 152.60 per month for 20 workdays).
- Transportation Allowance: 720EUR annually.
- Yearly Performance Bonus: 5% of the annual base salary.
Total monthly income: 1 401EUR meal allowance and KPI bonus.

- 2month training agreement followed by a 1year fixedterm contract (with a 30day probation period).
Relocation Support:
For candidates moving from outside continental Portugal:
- Bureaucratic support to obtain NIF (tax ID) and NISS (social security number).
- Assistance in finding accommodation tailored to your needs.
- Relocation bonus of 2500 EUR gross paid with the first payroll cycle for international candidates.
- 1000EUR gross relocation bonus for candidates relocating from within Portugal but living 100 km or more away from Lisbon.
