JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform various handson construction tasks such as drywall painting framing window installation roofing plumbing and electrical work with close attention to detail.
• Manage all aspects of construction and renovation projects from planning to finish.
• Create project schedules budgets and allocate resources effectively for successful project completion.
• Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure project plans meet client needs.
• Keep open communication with clients updating them on project progress and addressing any concerns.
• Make sure all work meets quality standards follows regulations and gets necessary permits before starting.
• Address any unexpected issues or changes to project plans promptly and effectively.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction.
• Proficient in a variety of construction tasks.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong project management and problemsolving skills
• Familiarity with all aspects of construction including building codes safety regulations and permits
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects at once

Compensation:

• Salary range: $70K$90K per year.
