Job Description
Qualifications:
- Masters or Ph.D. in Biotechnology Biochemical Engineering Microbiology or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in biomanufacturing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing largescale biomanufacturing operations and successful product launches.
- Indepth knowledge of fermentation downstream processing and bioproduct development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in regulatory compliance and quality management systems.
