Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated L3 Application Support for our Global Markets FX Etrading systems with key responsibilities as below:
We are seeking a highly motivated L3 Application Support for our Global Markets FX Etrading systems with key responsibilities as below:
- Handson L3 support for a time critical trading system.
- Monitor trading applications and respond promptly to issues and incidents.
- Provide realtime support for all trading applications including pretrade execution and posttrade systems.
- Investigate and resolve technical problems related to application performance connectivity and data accuracy
- Investigate Production and test environments issues.
- Manage the deployment and configuration of trading system applications across various environments (e.g. test staging production)
- Support DR tests manage audit requests manage security checks and documentations and other tasks related to the safe running of the application.
- Work with developers to understand how the system works.
- Write support documentation.
Requirements
- Master or Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Network Data Communications or relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of experience as Application Support
- Knowledge of UNIX environment including performing various tasks from the UNIX terminal
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Indepth knowledge of computer hardware software and OS (Windows and macOS)
- Handson experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration.
- Strong programming skill with Java is a plus
- Have experience with Linux and Oracle Database
- Have experience about Cloud is a big plus.
- Keen interest in financial markets. Working knowledge of financial products a plus
- Fluent English and good communication skills
SQL, Unix, Linux, Oracle, Java, System Administration, Murex, Trading System, Banking, Capital Markets
Education
Master or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Network, Data Communications, or relevant discipline.
