The Business Analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining new applications within the organization. They integrate and interconnect the various applications so that they operate in a unified and automated manner. They also provide support to the end users.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the supervision of the ITApps Manager the Business Analyst will perform the following main missions:
Project Management and Business Analysis (4050%)
Data Integration and Automation (2030%)
Ensure connectivity data flow and automation between existing applications:
- Study current data flows and data mapping and propose automation.
- Setup and maintain the interfaces between the applications.
- Monitor data security and data flows to ensure data is up to date in all systems and databases.
- Setup dashboards and automated reporting to provide pertinent data to stakeholders.
- Maintain source code and interfaces documentation.
Application Support (2030%)
- Provide level 2 support to end users and implement continuous improvements.
- Identify and provide SOPs for the level 1 helpdesk.
SKILLS ABILITY AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Master s degree in computer sciences or information technology.
- 37 years of experience in applications interfaces or integration development.
- Proficiency in databases (SQL).
- Proficient in scripting and automation (PowerShell HTML Python DevOps).
- Experience with vendor management.
- Proficiency in English.

3-5 years of related experience. University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor s Degree) in Electronic/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Good skills in embedded software preferred. Experience in hardware development or in a laboratory environment and skills in developing codes in different languages (C, C++, assembly) preferred. Familiar with test equipment and working in a multi-skills environment mixing electronic, optical, security, mechanical, and IT. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated team player who is able to work independently and likes to bring new ideas for technical development.
