Client engagements are primarily remote focusing on delivering highimpact results across a variety of industries.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee recruiting business development operational management and strategic growth initiatives. You will manage daytoday operations client relations new client acquisition process improvement and support strategic projects. This is a remote contract role with longterm potential for high performers.

Candidates must have 15 years of seniorlevel experience at toptier firms (e.g. McKinsey Bain Blackstone Sequoia) within the management consulting private equity or venture capital industries.

Month 1 Evaluation Responsibilities:

In addition to ongoing responsibilities Month 1 will be a sprint project to evaluate your ability to meet highpressure objectives:

• Recruit a senior sales executive from a toptier consulting firm.
  
• Support the newly hired sales executive in closing a client contract valued at $50K.
  
• Propose operational and process improvements to enhance firm efficiency.
  

You will have access to detailed templates manuals and tools as well as the CEO s support.

Ongoing Responsibilities:

• Manage operational logistics for the CEO including task management vendor coordination and meeting scheduling.
  
• Drive client relations business development and recruiting.
  
• Propose and implement process improvements and strategic initiatives.
  
• Oversee administrative and operational functions across the firm.
  

Compensation:

• Month 1 Evaluation: Successbased capped at 15% of closed contracts (up to $7500).
  
• Longterm opportunity based on performance.
