Job Description
ServiceNow Developer
Remote role: EST or CST preferred
- Strong ServiceNow Platform knowledge
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Product specifically Discovery and CMDB
- Experience in configuring and triaging discovery probes patterns and credentials
- Experience in configuring MID Servers for Discovery and CMDB Integrations
- Knowledge of Discovery protocols; SMNP SSH WMI Powershell HTTP/HTTPS IPMI Rest API SOAP
- Understanding of Network topology and networking protocols TCP/IP DNS DHCP subnetting
- Strong Understanding of servers storage network devices load balancers firewalls and other IT infrastructure components
- 35 years of experience on the ServiceNow Platform specifically within the ITOM product suite
Required Certification: Certified ServiceNow Administrator
Preferred Certifications: CIS ITOM/Discovery; Certified ServiceNow Developer ITIL
