Positions: Kansas City Superintendent
Company Overview: We are a growing Electrical Construction Company with ambitious revenue goals of $14M for 2024 and $17.9M for 2025.
Role Overview: We seek an experienced Electrical Superintendent provide leadership construction knowledge team chemistry and safety on all projects
Experience:
Minimum: 57 years in a Superintendent role 35 years in a Journeyman construction role
Preferred: 710 years in a Superintendent
Must: Presently be holding a Superintendent Role

No relocation assistance will be provided.
Interview Process:
Screening Interview: A short phone interview focused on the candidates career goals and background.
Who Interview: A comprehensive interview exploring the candidates entire career history including successes failures key decisions and lessons learned.
Reference Checks: Conducted to verify past performance and gather additional insights.

Scorecard for the Role: Superintendent (Large Scale Projects)
Reports to: Project Manager
The mission: Lead motivate and develop a team while performing strategic planning organization and cost effect skills to ensure large scale commercial projects come in under budget while maintaining a strong relationship with the client.
OUTCOMES
(Role not limited to these key responsibilities)
1 Preplan and manage workforce to maintain a 90% efficiency and productivity rating for each project. Labor hours versus budget hours: Production Rate
2 Make frequent project visits to provide assistance and verify quality and productivity objectives. Every day document your support aims and outcomes.
3 Ensure that all project documentation including Daily Logs and Toolbox Talks is completely correct and timely.
4 Give explicit constructive feedback to team members within 24 hours of detecting difficulties and perform weekly checkins.
5 Increase cost control by 10% to aid in budget management for labor and supplies.

Manpower Planning: Assign skilled personnel to tasks maximizing efficiency and productivity.
PrePlanning each job site.
Project Visits: Conduct regular site visits to assess quality and productivity; provide guidance.
Training and Development: Mentor Foremen on SOPs cost codes and professional growth.

Feedback and Communication: Maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead by Example: Support and motivate the team in a timesensitive and demanding environment.
Documentation Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely completion of Daily Logs and project reports.
Budget Management: Collaborate with Foremen to monitor and adhere to labor and material budgets focusing on cost control.
Field Support: Coordinate equipment delivery and provide onsite support as needed.
