RWE Design Build is looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Superintendent to oversee a team of contractors and subcontractors to ensure timelines and budgets are met while managing scheduling quality control and the client relationship. They are involved in the operations of a construction site from project start to completion and will supervise contractors and subcontractors and monitor the quality of work while meeting or exceeding all safety requirements.
About the Role:
Become familiar with and understand plans specifications site local codes local officials and inspection procedures. Create coordinate and maintain construction schedules to ensure projects are being completed according to drawings and specs. Ensure quality standards are being met throughout the project. Conduct meetings with subcontractor representatives of the project on a daily and/or weekly basis to schedule and coordinate construction activities. Ensure materials are delivered to construction sites according to construction schedules. Work with owners owner s reps architects and subcontractors to resolve any conflicts that may arise and communicate any such conflicts immediately to the Project Manager. Maintain daily logs progress photographs and weekly reports. Complete and submit all paperwork as required. Attend job meetings and/or any other meetings as may be required for the successful and timely completion of the project(s). Schedule and attend all required inspections. Compile and schedule punch list items for completion as well as coordinate project closeouts.

Qualifications:
7 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor. Experience with projects ranging from $1 to $10 million. Must possess strong technical EXPERIENCE CREATING SCHEDULES communication and computer skills including competency with MS Outlook Excel Word and Dropbox and document management systems. Knowledge of safety procedures regulations and codes. Ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: additions interior remodels design build carpentry.
