Job Description

The Automotive Finance Manager at Ricci & Associates plays a vital role in helping clients navigate the financial aspects of purchasing a vehicle. You will be responsible for securing financing options explaining financial products and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory standards. Your role will involve building relationships with lenders providing excellent customer service and ensuring profitability through the sale of finance and insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in securing automotive financing by explaining finance options and ensuring they are tailored to customer needs.
  • Present and sell additional finance and insurance products such as extended warranties and vehicle protection packages.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with lending institutions to secure the best financing options for customers.
  • Work with the sales team to manage and finalize deals ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and process all financial paperwork accurately including loan applications contracts and related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations including those related to lending and insurance.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of finance programs interest rates loan terms and applicable regulations.
  • Follow up with customers postsale to ensure satisfaction and address any additional financerelated questions.
  • Meet or exceed set sales targets for finance and insurance products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in finance business or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience as an automotive finance manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products along with applicable legal regulations.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work with a team and maintain positive relationships with customers and lending institutions.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in financial software and dealership management systems.
  • Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple customer transactions efficiently.
