The Sales Development Representative is a big step for the Divelement team and the first hired professional of our outbound Sales operations. The Business Development Representative is adept in the functionality and use of various software coding languages and delivery functions. They will take ownership of the clients vision and work crossfunctionally with the Marketing and Solutions team to generate client interest. They will support our efforts in developing the outbound Sales best practices participate in continuous development and share an interest in igniting a passion for selfaccountability and maintaining Divelements status as one of the best places to work.
Who You Are
You are a motivated Sales Development Representative looking to join a growing team at a dynamic Tech Consulting Startup. You understand the impact of outbound lead generation on a small organization and are skilled at identifying and engaging with prospective clients. Your goal will be to contribute to the companys overall revenue growth.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound lead generation or sales development
Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a desire to meet and exceed monthly leadgeneration goals
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies

Experience in Tech Consulting
Experience with quotacarrying roles in Business and Sales Development Account Manager or similar positions
Duties And Responsibilities
Project Identification on Upwork:
Search and filter projects on Upwork that align with Divelements tech stack (e.g. React Node.js .NET ML etc.).
Evaluate the feasibility of projects based on client requirements and Divelements ability to meet them.
Upwork Profile Management
FollowUp on Submitted Proposals
Lead Qualification
Transfer of Qualified Leads
Tracking and Reporting
Continuous Improvement
Contributions to the Work Environment:
Contributor will abide by Divelements company policies and advise on areas for improvement to the People Operations team
Contributor will uphold and embody the core values of Integrity Ownership and Empowerment in all their behaviors and contributions
