Job Description
Job Title: Acquisition Planning Specialist (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential acquisition targets trends and opportunities within the industry.
- Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition strategies that align with organizational objectives and market conditions.
- Collaborate with finance legal and operational teams to assess the viability and strategic fit of potential acquisitions.
- Manage the due diligence process including coordinating information requests and ensuring thorough analysis of potential targets.
- Prepare and analyze financial models to evaluate the potential return on investment and risks associated with acquisitions.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners investment firms and industry contacts to enhance acquisition opportunities.
- Ensure all acquisition activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of acquired assets and provide insights for ongoing strategic adjustments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience in acquisition planning corporate development investment banking or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Proficient in financial modeling valuation techniques and investment analysis.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience with financial analysis software is a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
