Job Description

Job Title: Acquisition Planning Specialist (US Citizen Only)

Location: Remote

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential acquisition targets trends and opportunities within the industry.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition strategies that align with organizational objectives and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with finance legal and operational teams to assess the viability and strategic fit of potential acquisitions.
  • Manage the due diligence process including coordinating information requests and ensuring thorough analysis of potential targets.
  • Prepare and analyze financial models to evaluate the potential return on investment and risks associated with acquisitions.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners investment firms and industry contacts to enhance acquisition opportunities.
  • Ensure all acquisition activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of acquired assets and provide insights for ongoing strategic adjustments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance Economics or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Experience in acquisition planning corporate development investment banking or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficient in financial modeling valuation techniques and investment analysis.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with crossfunctional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience with financial analysis software is a plus.
  • Federal Experience is a plus.
  • Required Security clearance.
