Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce QA Engineer
Contract: 6 Months
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans test cases and scripts for Salesforce applications integrations and configurations.
- Perform functional regression and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for Salesforcerelated projects and customizations.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure proper testing coverage.
- Identify report and track defects in a timely and efficient manner using appropriate tracking tools.
- Conduct integration testing with other thirdparty applications connected to Salesforce.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards during testing.
- Support automation testing efforts by creating and executing automated scripts where applicable.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning reviews and retrospectives.
- Provide clear and concise test results status reports and bug reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure the Salesforce platform is functioning as intended after any enhancements updates or patches.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce QA Engineer with expertise in Salesforce platform testing.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with testing Salesforce configurations workflows validation rules triggers and custom objects.
- Familiarity with Salesforce development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Handson experience with defect tracking and testing tools like Jira TestRail or similar.
- Strong understanding of API testing and Salesforce integration with thirdparty systems.
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce Apex Visualforce and Lightning components is a plus.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g. Selenium Provar) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
- Salesforce certification in QA or Admin is a plus.
