Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Specialist
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and customization of Salesforce CPQ to meet business requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce modules like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Design and optimize quote generation processes including product selection pricing models and quote approval workflows.
- Implement complex pricing rules discount structures and product bundles.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce CPQ solution designs and specifications.
- Conduct unit testing support integration testing and resolve any technical issues in the CPQ environment.
- Train endusers and provide ongoing support for the Salesforce CPQ solution.
- Continuously analyze and optimize CPQ processes to improve sales team efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for CPQ configuration customizations and processes.
- Experience working with Salesforce CPQ or similar CPQ solutions (e.g. Apttus Conga).
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is highly preferred.
- Indepth knowledge of Salesforce including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong handson experience with Salesforce CPQ configuration custom pricing rules approval workflows and product rules.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex configuration and technical issues.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams including Sales IT and Finance.
- Experience with Apex Visualforce or Lightning components is a plus.
- Experience with integrating Salesforce CPQ with other systems (e.g. ERP billing and finance systems).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
