Job Description
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet client business requirements ensuring best practices are followed for functionality and user adoption.
- Work closely with clients to gather business requirements assess current processes and propose solutions that enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
- Customize Salesforce CRM applications to meet business needs through configuration (e.g. process automation reports dashboards and workflows).
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with other systems applications and databases to ensure seamless data flow.
- Mentor junior Salesforce consultants providing guidance on best practices solutions and career growth.
- Oversee and manage the delivery of Salesforce projects including scoping timeline management risk mitigation and resource allocation.
- Conduct system testing and provide oversight to ensure the successful deployment of solutions and effective resolution of any postdeployment issues.
- Lead user training sessions and maintain documentation to ensure clients are selfsufficient with their Salesforce solutions.
- Stay uptodate with new Salesforce features releases and industry trends to ensure the organization is leveraging the latest tools and methodologies.
- Experience implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions. Prior experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Administrator is required.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or other relevant certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components and integrations (REST SOAP APIs).
- Proven experience in managing largescale Salesforce implementation projects with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes and propose solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce Lightning Data Loader and integration tools like MuleSoft or Dell Boomi.
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.
- Experience with Salesforce in industries such as financial services healthcare or retail.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
