Our client a leading law firm on Long Island is seeking a Word
Processing Specialist with heavy litigation experience. Proficient in
Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities include:
- Straight Type and Edits
- Use of Firm Macros
- Pleading Preparation
- Conversion of Documents from PDF to Word
- Extensive formatting using Heading Styles
- Inserting TOC and TOA (LiteraBest Authority)
- Winscribe Transcription
- Creating and Editing Spreadsheets
- Creating and Editing PowerPoint Presentations
